At Patagonia Halifax, we stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Locate your original receipt or order confirmation email to verify your transaction.

  Submit Your Request

  Visit our retail location in person or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
